a) Guest Meal:

In our home, when we have guests over, we prepare a variety of dishes to offer them a warm and hospitable experience. One of the main dishes we often prepare is biryani, a flavorful rice dish cooked with aromatic spices, vegetables, and either chicken, lamb, or beef. 

Cooking Method: 
To prepare biryani, we first marinate the meat with yogurt and a blend of spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Then, we cook the marinated meat until tender. In parallel, we parboil rice and layer it with the cooked meat in a large pot. We also add fried onions, saffron-infused milk, and chopped mint and coriander leaves between the layers. Finally, we seal the pot and cook the biryani on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and aromatic.
