Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a technique widely used in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and materials science to determine the physical and chemical properties of molecules. NMR spectroscopy can be performed using two different modes, Continuous Wave (CW) NMR and Fourier Transform (FT) NMR. Both CW-NMR and FT-NMR have their advantages and disadvantages, and it is difficult to say that one is better than the other without considering specific experimental requirements.
