Explain the relationship between Ambedkar’s idea of development and labour.

Ambedkar was of the view that technical training and skill development should not only be maintained but extended all over the country. He advocated making it an integral part of India’s educational system. He was very particular about the ability and willingness of the industry to absorb the trainees as an essential condition of success of this program.
