Explain the National Action Plan on Climate change.

The National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC) is India’s strategic initiative to address the challenges posed by climate change and to fulfill its international commitments, especially under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
