Education for All (EFA) is a global movement launched in 1990 by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) with the aim of ensuring that every child, youth, and adult has access to quality education. The EFA movement recognizes that education is a fundamental human right and a key driver of social and economic development. The movement has six goals that aim to ensure that all children, youth, and adults have access to education that meets their basic learning needs:

1. Early Childhood Care and Education: All children below six years of age should have access to quality early childhood care and education.

2. Universal Primary Education: All children should complete primary education that is free, compulsory, and of good quality.

3. Youth and Adult Learning: All young people and adults should have access to appropriate learning opportunities that will help them acquire the knowledge, skills, and values needed for their personal and professional development.
