However, in many regions, especially rural and economically disadvantaged areas, pregnant women may not receive proper antenatal care. Poverty, distance from healthcare facilities, lack of transportation, and shortage of trained healthcare workers often prevent women from accessing these services. Social stigma and discrimination associated with HIV/AIDS also pose serious challenges.
