These technologies have improved operational efficiency, enabled data-driven decision-making, and provided more personalized and accessible services. However, the integration of these technologies also brings a range of challenges, including concerns over privacy, data security, algorithmic bias, and digital exclusion. Aadhaar-based authentication has played a pivotal role in India’s digital governance infrastructure.
