Proper site organization is essential to ensure smooth execution, safety, quality control, and timely completion of the project. In Construction Management-I, site organization refers to the systematic arrangement of manpower, materials, machinery, finance, communication, and administrative control at the construction site. The first step in site organization is preliminary site investigation and site clearance. After taking possession of the site, the contractor conducts a detailed survey to understand site boundaries, soil condition, existing utilities, nearby structures, access roads, and environmental conditions.
