1. SGSY (Swarnajayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana): SGSY was a rural development program launched by the Government of India in 1999. The program aimed to alleviate poverty in rural areas by promoting self-employment among the rural poor. It provided financial assistance, training, and infrastructure support to help individuals and families start their own micro-enterprises. SGSY focused on empowering women, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and other marginalized sections of society.
