One of the most fascinating areas of research within French studies is the *Didactics of French as a Foreign Language (FLE)*, particularly in the context of *Techno-pedagogy*. The integration of digital tools and platforms into the teaching and learning process has redefined pedagogical approaches and language acquisition strategies. This dissertation explores the theme “The Role of Techno-pedagogical Tools in Enhancing Oral Competence in French as a Foreign Language (FLE) Among Indian Learners.” With the increasing demand for foreign language proficiency, particularly in French, among Indian students for academic, professional, and cultural purposes, the conventional classroom methodology no longer fully addresses the evolving learning needs. Oral communication remains one of the most challenging aspects for learners of FLE. The lack of an immersive linguistic environment, pronunciation challenges, and limited interaction with native speakers often hamper oral fluency. However, the proliferation of digital technologies such as mobile applications, AI-based voice assistants, virtual classrooms, podcasts, and multimedia content offers new possibilities for enhancing oral skills. This research seeks to assess the efficacy of techno-pedagogical interventions in improving spoken French among Indian students. The theoretical framework of this study draws from constructivist learning theories, particularly Vygotsky's *socio-cultural theory*, which emphasizes the role of interaction and scaffolding in language development.
