### Gendered Impacts of Globalization  
Globalization refers to the increasing interconnectedness of economies, societies, cultures, and technologies on a global scale. While it has spurred economic growth, technological advancement, and cultural exchange, its impact is unevenly distributed, often reinforcing pre-existing gender inequalities. Women and marginalized genders frequently face the brunt of the negative consequences while having limited access to the benefits.  

1. Economic Inequalities:  
   Globalization has restructured economies by promoting industrialization, urbanization, and a shift to service-based economies. This transformation has created opportunities for women in formal and informal sectors. However, these opportunities often come in low-paying, precarious, and exploitative conditions, such as in garment factories or agricultural labor.
