The problem associated with women workers has many aspects such as economic, political, psychological, sociological and legal etc. Some of key problems are as follows: The life of women working in home based work is overburdened as they have to perform dual role. Lack of collective bargaining. Education among women is very low which does not allow them to understand basic information. Food Insecurity in women is so much in rural areas that some of the women are so weak to work due to insufficient nutrition because they consume less food.
