### The Significance of Village-Level Planning in the Panchayati Raj System  

Village-level planning is a critical component of rural development, particularly within the framework of the Panchayati Raj System in India. It ensures grassroots democracy, participatory governance, and effective resource allocation to enhance rural livelihoods and infrastructure.
