1. Initial Assessment and Stabilization  
   - Assess airway, breathing, and circulation (ABCs) to maintain hemodynamic stability.  
   - Monitor vital signs, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), pupillary response, and neurological status.  
   - Maintain cervical spine precautions until a spinal injury is ruled out.  

2. Monitoring and Documentation  
   - Conduct frequent neurological assessments to detect any deterioration.  
   - Monitor signs of increased intracranial pressure (ICP) such as headache, vomiting, and altered consciousness.  
   - Document changes in mental status, motor responses, and pupil size.
