The four Management Styles are given below ;

System 1 : Exploitative-Authoritative Management

In Exploitative-A ¡it horit alive Management Style, the manager has low confidence in their subordinates and gains compliance of tasks through fear and threats. The manager is highly authoritative and imposes decisions on subordinates with less or no scope for further conversation. And, the management is concerned only with completion oftask without paying much attention to the aspirations of the human beings who are involved in the task. In general. this management style is characterised by top-down communication and psychological isolation between superiors and subordinates.
