Mill said ‘Eternal vigilance is the price of democracy’.

2. Good Governance: Good governance ensures accountability, transparency, efficiency, responsibility, and responsiveness. In addition, the use of technology has given rise to e-Governance. India is one of the leading countries in the world in the adoption of the system-of egovernance.
