 In this course you have to write a project in about 4000 words on any one of the topics given below and send it to the Project Section, Student Evaluation Division, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi110068. Before writing the project read carefully the Project Guide BLEP-001 sent to you along with the study material. Please also read the following paragraphs carefully. Organised the project into various chapters and chapter into sections. Afterwards read these selected judgments carefully and while reading them prepare a brief note on the facts and arguments on which the judgments is based.
