1) What is meant by Programme planning? Describe the different phases involved in the programme planning process, with the help of suitable examples.
2) Define Need assessment. Discuss the steps in conducting a successful need assessment.
3) Write a comprehensive essay covering project identification and project formulation in extension and community development projects.
4) Explain the concept of management and the underlying principles. Discuss the Classical Approach to Management Theory.
5) (i) Write about the origin and purpose of CPM
(ii) Describe the steps in CPM project planning.
Medium Answer Questions

1) What do adequate planning and evaluation entail? Also describe the principles of extension programme planning and development.
2) Discuss the scope of Organisational Behaviour in basically three dimensions: individual, group, and organizational, with suitable examples.
