2. Discuss issues related to the under-enumeration of women's work in the Indian Data collection system.

3. Why do we need social protection for women workers in the informal sector? Justify your answers with suitable examples drawn from the course material.

4. Explain the Traditionalist approach related to wage differentials and modern economists' views on wage differentials.

1. जेंडर (लैंगिक) भेदभाव में कार्यस्थल पर होने वाले ऐसे व्यवहार शामिल हैं जो लक्षित व्यक्ति की नौकरी में प्रवेश करने, उसमें बने रहने, सफल होने या प्रगति करने की क्षमता को सीमित करते हैं और जो मुख्य रूप से लक्षित व्यक्ति के जेंडर का परिणाम होते हैं। कथन पर टिप्पणी कीजिए।

2. भारतीय डेटा संग्रह प्रणाली में महिलाओं के कार्य की कम गणना से संबंधित मुद्दों पर चर्चा कीजिए।

3. अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र में महिला श्रमिकों के लिए हमें सामाजिक सुरक्षा की आवश्यकता क्यों है? पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री से लिए गए उपयुक्त उदाहरणों के साथ अपने उत्तरों की पुष्टि कीजिए।
