1. प्रबंधकीय अर्थशास्त्र की प्रकृति, क्षेत्र तथा महत्व की व्याख्या कीजिए। यह स्पष्ट कीजिए कि किस प्रकार आर्थिक सिद्धांत एवं उपकरण जोखिम एवं अनिश्चितता की परिस्थितियों में प्रबंधकों को तर्कसंगत निर्णय लेने में सहायता करते हैं। अपने उत्तर को व्यावसायिक व्यवहार से उपयुक्त उदाहरणों द्वारा स्पष्ट कीजिए।
2.(क) मांग की परिभाषा दीजिए तथा किसी उपभोक्ता टिकाऊ उत्पाद की मांग को प्रभावित करने वाले प्रमुख कारकों की चर्चा कीजिए। उपयुक्त उदाहरणों की सहायता से यह स्पष्ट कीजिए कि आय में परिवर्तन एवं संबंधित उत्पादों की कीमतों में परिवर्तन किस प्रकार किसी फर्म के मांग संबंधी निर्णयों को प्रभावित करते हैं।
(ख) मांग की मूल्य लोच, मांग की आय लोच तथा मांग की पार लोच में अंतर स्पष्ट कीजिए। व्यावसायिक निर्णय-निर्माण में प्रत्येक प्रकार की लोच के प्रबंधकीय महत्व की व्याख्या कीजिए।
3.(क) उत्पादन की अवधारणा की व्याख्या कीजिए तथा परिवर्तनीय अनुपात के नियम (Law of Variable Proportions) पर चर्चा कीजिए। किसी विनिर्माण फर्म के अल्पकालीन उत्पादन निर्णयों के लिए इसकी प्रासंगिकता का विश्लेषण कीजिए।
(ख) बड़े पैमाने की किफ़ायते (economies of scale) एवं बड़े पैमाने के अलाभ (diseconomies of scale) की व्याख्या कीजिए और यह स्पष्ट कीजिए कि ये अवधारणाएँ दीर्घकालीन उत्पादन एवं लागत निर्णयों को किस प्रकार प्रभावित करती हैं।
4.(क) प्रबंधकीय निर्णय-निर्माण में प्रयुक्त विभिन्न लागत अवधारणाओं की चर्चा कीजिए। अल्पकाल एवं दीर्घकाल में लागतों तथा मूल्य निर्धारण एवं उत्पादन निर्णयों के लिए उनकी प्रासंगिकता स्पष्ट कीजिए।
(ख) पूर्ण प्रतिस्पर्धा एवं एकाधिकार बाजार संरचनाओं की तुलना मूल्य निर्धारण, उत्पादन निर्णय तथा लाभ की स्थितियों के संदर्भ में कीजिए।
