b) "Is it true that the Indian economy is such that domestic savings alone may not be sufficient for planned investment, and an import of foreign capital is needed for that purpose"? Elaborate your arguments.

a) There is no need to adopt appropriate policy and strategy for facilitating Indian firms to compete effectively in global markets.

b) Import plays a significant role in India's economic development.

c) The Indian agriculture sector is rising low due to its natural strengths.

1. विदेशी व्यापार विकास के इंजन के रूप में कैसे काम करता है। विदेशी व्यापार नीति के उद्देश्यों के रूप में आवक अभिविन्यास और बाह्य अभिविन्यास के बीच अंतर करें। इस संदर्भ में भारत की विदेश नीति में बदलावों की भी जाँच करें।

2. क) "भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में विदेशी पूंजी की आवश्यकता की जाँच करें और प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश पर सरकार की नीति की आलोचनात्मक चर्चा करें।

ख) "क्या यह सच है कि भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था ऐसी है कि अकेले घरेलू बचत नियोजित निवेश के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं हो सकती है, और उस उद्देश्य के लिए विदेशी पूंजी का आयात आवश्यक है"? अपने तर्कों को विस्तृत करें।

क) भारतीय फर्मों को वैश्विक बाजारों में प्रभावी रूप से प्रतिस्पर्धा करने की सुविधा के लिए उपयुक्त नीति और रणनीति अपनाने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है।

ख) आयात भारत के आर्थिक विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।

ग) भारतीय कृषि क्षेत्र अपनी प्राकृतिक शक्तियों के कारण कम बढ़ रहा है।

घ) भारतीय कपड़ा उद्योग अर्थव्यवस्था के सबसे नए और सबसे छोटे उद्योगों में से एक है।
