1. क) प्रबंध के कौन कौन से विभिन्न सिद्धांत हैं? प्रबंध के विभिन सिद्धांतों को व्यवहार में लेन के संबंध में आधुनिक संगठन विशिष्ट क्लासिकी संगठनो से किस प्रकार से भिन्न हैं?

ख) टीम निर्माण क्या है? टीम निर्माण संबंधी विभिन्न उपागमों की व्याख्या कीजिए। क्या आप मानते हैं कि टीम निर्माण की प्रक्रिया में ये उपागम सहायक हैं?

2. क) संगठनात्मक व्यवहार के व्यक्तिगत परिप्रेक्ष्य, समूह परिप्रेक्ष्य, संगठनात्मक परिप्रेक्ष्य और समाकलनात्मक परिप्रेक्ष्य की व्याख्या कीजिए।

ख) जॉब डिजाइन के अनेक कारक होते हैं: संगठनात्मक संदर्भ कारक, कार्य कारक, जॉब संदर्भ और विषय कारक और कर्मचारी कारक। इस कथन के संबंध में उदाहरण के साथ विवेचन कीजिए।

(क) संगठनात्मक संस्कृति को संगठनात्मक सदस्यों द्वारा साझा की जाने वाली महत्वपूर्ण समझ, जैसे मानदंड, मूल्य, दृष्टिकोण और विश्वास के समूह के रूप में वर्णित किया जाता है।

(ख) संगठन के सिद्धांत एक कुशल संगठन संरचना की योजना बनाने के लिए दिशानिर्देश हैं। 

(ग) व्यक्तित्व का विकास विभिन्न चरणों में होता है और इस विकास को अनेक कारक प्रभावित करते हैं।

घ) जॉब संतुष्टि आंतरिक संवेदन है; यह विभिन्न प्रकार के संगठनात्मक और व्यक्तिगत चरों से प्रभावित होती है।

4. निम्नलखित के बीच अंतर स्पष्ट कीजिए:

(क) नेतृत्व के विशेषक सिद्धांत और व्यवहारात्मक सिद्धांत

ख) 'आजकल संगठन अत्यंत गतिशील और पर्यावरणीय पर्यावरण में काम करते है'
ग) 'जॉन पुन: इंजीनियरिंग में संदर्भ में विभिन्न पर्यावरणी कारकों के सम्बन्ध में विचार किया जाता है'
घ) 'व्यक्ति का विकास विभिन्न चरणों में होता है और इस विकास को अनेक कारक प्रभावित करते है'
