7. Distinguish between ‘horizontal inequality’ and ‘vertical inequality’.

9. How is Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) defined? In what way it is important in
economic developmental planning?
10. What is ‘current account deficit’ (CAD)? What does a widening CAD imply?
