2. (क) पादप वर्गिकी के उद्देश्यों को सूचीबद्ध कीजिए। प्राचीन भारत में पादप वर्गिकी का वर्णन कीजिए।

(ख) एक वर्गिकीय कुंजी की रचना और उपयोग का वर्णन कीजिए। कुंजियों के प्रकारों को सूचीबद्ध कीजिए और इनमें से प्रत्येक की कमियों और सीमाओं की चर्चा कीजिए।

3. (क) उदाहरण देकर विवेचना कीजिए कि किसी प्रकार पादप रसायन विज्ञान से साक्ष्य पादप वर्गिकी की समस्या सुलझाने में सहायक हो सकते हैं।

(ख) वर्गिकीय पदानुक्रम की संकल्पना को समझाइए और विभिन्न श्रेणियों को उच्चतम से निम्नतम में व्यवस्थित कीजिए।
