How did Heidegger show that the ontological possibility of Dasein’s totality and authenticity becomes ontically concrete?

In order to make the ontological analysis more primordial, the hermeneutical situation or the fore-structure of Dasein has to be considered.  Clarification of the fore-structure implies that we bring into our consideration the whole of Dasein, and in what way it can be authentic. These  hitherto lacked aspects of totality and authenticity of Dasein are unfolded on a two-level interpretation: on ontological and ontic levels in the  analysis of death and conscience respectively.

As long as it is, there is in Dasein something ahead-of-itself, some not-yet. The ultimate not-yet of Dasein is its death. Once the not-yet is no  more, there is no more a Dasein. Death as the 'not-yet' is already always present as soon as and as long as Dasein is. Dasein faces death as  a possibility which is its ultimate, exclusive, inevitable, most certain, and uncertain regarding, making it a constant certainty.
