भारत में कानूनी सहायता तंत्र

इस पाठ्यक्रम में आपको नीचे दिए गए विषयों में से किसी एक विषय पर लगभग 4000 शब्दों में एक परियोजना (प्रोजेक्ट) लिखनी है और इसे अपने अध्ययन केंद्र/क्षेत्रीय केंद्र में जमा कराना है। परियोजना लिखने से पहले आप अध्ययन सामग्री के साथ भेजी गई परियोजना दर्शिका बी.एल.ई.पी.-001 को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़िए। कृपया निम्नलिखित पैराग्राफों को भी ध्यान से पढ़िए।

इस परियोजना को लिखने से पहले हमारा आपको सुझाव है कि आप निकटतम विधि पुस्तकालय (लॉ लाइब्रेरी) में जाएँ। आप लॉ कालेजों, बार एसोसिएशनों आदि के पुस्तकालयों में इन्हें प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। कुछ अच्छे वकीलों के पास भी ऐसे पुस्तकालय हैं। इन पुस्तकालयों में आपको अधिनियम, व्याख्याएँ (कमेंट्रीज), डायजेस्ट जर्नल (पत्र-पत्रिकाएँ) आदि मिलेंगे। महत्वपूर्ण जर्नल हैं-आल इंडिया रिपोर्टर, सुप्रीम कोर्ट केसेज (एससीसी) आदि। इसके अतिरिक्त ऑनलाइन जर्नल भी हैं जैसे मनुपत्र आदि। अनेक वेबसाइट भी उपलब्ध हैं जैसे indiacode.nic.in जिसमें आपको संसद के सभी अधिनियम मिल सकते हैं।

जर्नलों में उच्चतम न्यायालय और उच्च न्यायालयों के पूरे निर्णय है, निर्णय के आरंभ में दी गई मुख्य टिप्पणियों के आधार पर, आप अपनी परियोजना की विषयवस्तु (थीम) के अनुसार उनका चयन कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद इन चुने हुए निर्णयों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़िए और उन्हें पढ़ते हुए, उन तथ्यों तथा तर्कों पर एक संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी तैयार कीजिए जिन पर ये निर्णय आधारित हैं। परियोजना में हम आपसे निर्णयों का मूल विश्वलेषण प्रस्तुत करने की आशा करते हैं।
